On Thursday, Sept. 29, Holy Infant Church, 450 Racebrook Road celebrated a “Blue Mass” honoring those who currently serve, or have served, in the Police and Fire departments of Orange, Milford, Woodbridge, and West Haven. Orange Police responded to the Orange Ale House at the owner’s request, in regard to a disturbance on Sept. 16 at 10:28 p.m. During the investigation, officers learned that Larry Mock, 45, of Meeker, OK had gotten into an altercation with bar employees after being loud and obnoxious with patrons and had to be escorted outside. Residents and visitors who frequent the Racebrook Tract hiking trails may notice recent improvements. On Saturday, Sept. 25, members of the Conservation Commission, Boy Scouts and Orange Lions cleaned up the trails and marked trees on the trails.

Orange Police: Woman Charged with Larceny

  Orange police responded to the Kohl’s store on Bull Hill Lane on a shoplifting complaint, Sept. 21 at 1:32 p.m. During the investigation, officers learned that Alisha Proto, 30, of New Haven reportedly had taken $67 worth of jewelry and cosmetics from the store without paying.
