A Milford woman was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters March 1 at 3:30 p.m.
According to the report, te warrant stemmed from a Feb. 19 motor vehicle stop when Shannon Bennett, 35, of 55 Atwater St., was found in possession of heroin and smoking pipes.
Bennett was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was released on bond.
Orange Police were dispatched to the Stop & Shop, 259 Bull Hill Lane, on a report of a shoplifter, Feb. 27 at 12:22 p.m.
When officers arrived, they learned that Lynn Kopjanski, 52, of 22 Ridge Court West #6b, West Haven was accused of taking $47.30 worth of merchandise from the store without attempting to pay.
According to police, she was stopped outside the store and detained for police.
Store security informed Orange police that Kopjanski has previously been warned that she was not allowed in the Stop & Shop after an earlier incident.
She was charged with sixth-degree larceny and simple trespass.
She was released on a promise to appear in court March 11.
Police served a warrant against Shuresa L. Moore, 27, (no address given) at Police Headquarters on Feb. 26 at 7:50 a.m.
According to the report, the warrant stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 5, 2011 when Moore was issued a court summons for a variety of traffic charges, and then never appeared in court.
A warrant charging second-degree failure to appear in court was issued for her arrest.
Moore was held on $750 bond.
