Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo invited all Orange residents to join them for a discounted price of $5 on Saturday.
The Orange Country Fair invited everyone, no matter where they were from, for just a couple of dollars more.
At the Zoo you could see several species of wolves, tigers, linx, monkeys, llamas, prairie dogs, bison, Vultures, Bald Eagles, and a leopard, all at a respectable distance through heavy cages and glass partitions.
At the Fair you could see, Alpacas, goats, piglets, a Golden Eagle, Barred Owl, rabbits, Oxen, Draft Horses, calves, sheep and so many more creatures all up close and personal where you could pet some of them and admire their beauty and soft fur.
So, where did you go this weekend? The Fair? The Zoo? or Both?
