WFSB announced yesterday that they had reached an agreement with Cablevision.
This is great news for everyone who appreciates the programming and news coverage and have missed it since Friday, Jan. 3.
WFSB sent out a reporter and cameraman to the special Board of Education meeting regarding the Peck Place School situation and some residents were compelled to taunt the cameraman, asking “Why are you here? We can’t even watch your channel.”
On Jan. 6 State Rep Paul Davis called for officials at Cablevision and WFSB-Channel 3 to continue to negotiate and restore Connecticut’s CBS affiliate’s service to the three New Haven County towns of Milford, Orange and Woodbridge.
Thankfully, this was a short-lived problem, but several residents caution Cablevision, “Don’t let it happen again.”
