BEST-POLICE-Patch-EVER-275x300Police received a complaint about the violation of a protective order on Feb. 24 at 11:07 a.m.

Officers learned that Andrew Marchitto, 36, of 543 Cobblestone Dr, Orange had a court order in place barring him from entering a private residence on Wheelers Farm Road.

The resident of that address stated that Andrew had come into the residence on Feb. 23 in violation of the order.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.

He was released after posting $10,000 bond for court Feb. 25.

 

On Feb. 24, at 5:48 p.m., police responded to 63 Boston Post Road on a complaint of a violation of a protective order.

Officers learned that James Webster, 44, of 748 Campbell Ave, West Haven had a court order in place barring him from contacting the protected person.

The arrestee sent the protected person multiple text messages over the course of the day in violation of the order.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with criminal violation of a restraining order

He was released after posting $10,000 bond for court Feb. 25. 

 

Officers on routine patrol observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the commuter lot on Greenway Road Feb. 23 at 4:35 a.m.

After speaking with the two parties inside the vehicle, officers learned that one of them,  Joseph Geloso, 50, of 9 Beecher Place, Seymour, had a protective order in place barring him from having contact with the protected person, who was the other party in the car.

Joseph was subsequently taken into custody and charged with criminal violation of a restraining order.

He was released after posting $10,000 bond for court Feb. 24.
