Treat mom to an afternoon of cooking on Mother’s Day.

Chef’s Equipment Emporium of Orange, 449 Boston Post Road offers a fantastic day of cooking.

Give your mom time to relax on her special day, Sunday, May 11 from 2-4 p.m.

Mom will be greeted with a glass of wine as she relaxes and enjoys Mothers Day!

Chef Neil Fuentes will teach the special guests how to make a 4 course meal: 1st course—Caldo Verde Portuguese Kale and Linguisa Soup; 2nd course —Linguini a la Amatriciana made with Pancetta, Tomato and garlic sauce; 3rd course — Grilled Tenderloin of Beef served with Yuca Croquettes and Quail eggs; 4th course — Banana Tres Leches, Sponge Cake soaked in a creamy Banana Liquor and Rum Bath
