The location of a proposed Dunkin’ Donuts with drive thru.

The Town Plan & Zoning Commission will meet at the Orange Town Hall, Tuesday, Aug. 5 at 7:30 p.m.  Here’s the agenda:

      1. SITE PLAN APPLICATION – Submitted by Sixty Five Marsh Hill Road, LLC – Frank Dilieto for property known as 0 Salemme Lane a.k.a Assessor’s Map 3-1-6. The proposal is for the use of the property as a temporary warehousing/dumpster supply company. Empty dumpster-containers will be stored on-site and enclosed with a slatted chain link fence.

      3. Review of the Minutes from the July 15, 2014 Special Meeting.

APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION, PERMIT OR USE – Submitted by Mike LaRocco for property known as 119 Old Tavern Road. The proposal is to construct an addition to an existing garage.   A larger ground coverage is requested as per Section 383-26 I (3) (a) of the Orange Zoning Regulations.

 

*APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY SPECIAL USE EARTH MATERIALS REMOVAL & FILLING – Submitted by Tramontana, LLC. & 226 Boston Post Associates, LLC. For property known 226 Boston Post Road & 308 Indian River Road. The proposal is to construct a 1,825 sq. ft. new bakery/takeout store (Dunkin’ Donuts) with parking and associated site work. An APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATION OF SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES has also been submitted.

 

*APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION, PERMIT OR USE – Submitted by Tramontana, LLC. & 226 Boston Post Associates, LLC. For property known 226 Boston Post Road & 308 Indian River Road. The proposal is to construct a 1,825 sq. ft. new bakery/takeout store (Dunkin’ Donuts) with parking and associated site work. A special permit is required for a Drive-thru Service Window, ordering at a service counter, and take out service. A SITE PLAN APPLICATION, an ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS SUPPLEMENT, and a LIGHTING SUPPLEMENT have also been submitted.
