Last weekend, hundreds of people gathered at the Orange Fairgrounds for the 2017 BOW Relay For Life.
A majority of the participants were Amity High School students who walked side by side with adult cancer survivors and caregivers.
The tally posted on the Cancer Society website is $63,881.24 raised to help fight cancer, but the total amount generally rises in the weeks following the end of the event.
The Relay chairmen thank everyone for their efforts and continued support of this worthwhile cause.
