The Orange Chamber of Commerce has announced that its Semi-Annual First Selectman’s Debate will take place at the High Plains Community Center, 525 Orange Center Road, on Monday, October 26, at 7 p.m.
Once again the chamber will pit Republican four-term incumbent, James Zeoli, against Democratic challenger, Kenneth Lenz, a town selectman and local attorney.
Orange resident Dr. Daniel May, University of New Haven Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs, will moderate the debate.
Cost is $10 per person, and students will be admitted at no charge. Light refreshments will be served. Reservations can be made by calling the chamber office at 203-795-3328 or e-mailing [email protected]. Tickets to the debate may also be purchased at the door.
