On Saturday, May 5, Orange Live posted a news brief about a heavy police presence at a local Mexican Restaurant during the Cinco de Mayo celebration.
The Orange Police released the following information today:
Officers responded to two separate disturbance complaints on the patio at Puerto Vallarta, 377 Boston Post Road, on May 5 at 8:42 p.m.
During the investigation, officers learned that two separate incidents had occurred. In the first incident, Gregory B. Miller, 34, of Hamden reportedly was acting combative in the patio amongst the other patrons and knocked over the music equipment being used by the DJ performing for the crowd.
Miller was charged with breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in court on May 18.
In the second incident, William C. Corso, 35, of Wallingford reportedly had punched another patron in the head and then ran off. He was located a short distance away, where he was taken into custody and charged.

The story doesn’t end there, additional arrests were made there that evening, but the reports have not yet been submitted.
