derby milf - greenbriersReaders have been asking what happened on Derby-Milford Road yesterday, as the police detoured traffic into the early evening.

According to Asst. Chief Anthony Cuozzo, a car struck a utility pole between North and South Greenbrier drives in the afternoon, causing the wires to come down to a point that it was unsafe for passing traffic.

The driver was taken to a hospital, he’ll be okay, and traffic was detoured around the area for several hours while police waited for the UI to respond and replace the pole.

Cuozzo explained that UI crews were helping in storm stricken areas all day long, so their response to this scene was delayed.

The new pole is up, and all is good.
