BEST POLICE Patch EVERPolice were dispatched to Derby-Milford Road for a neighbor dispute on Sept. 12 at 7:45 a.m.

According to the report, two residents of 449 Derby-Milford Road had gotten into an argument that became heated and later turned physical.

Ronald Lavin, 42, of 449 Derby-Milford Road #2, and Joseph Scavelli, 30, of 449 Derby-Milford Road #1, both were taken into custody. 

Lavin was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting $500 bond for court Sept. 26.

Scavelli was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released after posting $500 bond for court Sept. 26.

Disturbance

Police were dispatched on a disturbance complaint in the parking lot of Avalon Drive East, Jan. 30 at 9:03 p.m.

According to the report, Zachary Dupree, 25, of 2202 Avalon Drive East had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend.

During the argument, Dupree allegedly broke the windshield of her car by kicking it. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief.

He was released on a promise to appear in court Jan. 31.
