BEST-POLICE-Patch-EVER-275x300Orange police were called to the International House Of Pancakes (IHOP) Restaurant at 486 Boston Post Road on a disturbance complaint Feb. 1 at 11:47 p.m.

According to the report, former employee Jorge Calvillo, 27, of 514 George St #3, New Haven came to the restaurant after being told he was no longer allowed on the property.

When current employees told him to leave he reportedly became loud and argumentative, prompting customers to call police.

Calvillo was taken into custody and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

He was released on a promise to appear in court Feb. 10.
