The owner of the vehicle works in a nearby business. When the car owner saw what was happening, she ran outside to stop the car from being taken.

When Vinall could not drive the car away from the scene, Iavarona pulled up with a tow truck in order to tow the car away, but he ran over the car owner’s foot in the process.

Both repossession employees were taken into custody and charged for their actions. The car owner was given medical treatment for her injuries.
