If you looked up at the moon last night or early this morning you may have thought that it was full, but the actual full moon rises tomorrow, Feb 22 at 1:19 p.m.
Tomorrow’s full moon, according to the Farmer’s Almanac is known as the Full Snow Moon.
It states: “Since the heaviest snow usually falls during this month, native tribes of the north and east most often called February’s full Moon the Full Snow Moon. Some tribes also referred to this Moon as the Full Hunger Moon, since harsh weather conditions in their areas made hunting very difficult.”
The full moon is said to bring out the “crazy” in people and hospital emergency rooms reportedly are busier during the full moon phase.
Some people “energize” their crystals in the light of the full moon.
