Attention all buyers who love the Mid-Century Modern style. This house is must see original. Come to the Open House at 30 Derby Avenue on Sunday, July 9 from 1-3 p.m.

The Purist will love the authentic and preserved elements. The buyer more concerned with functionality and everyday use will love that this house was made for living.

The extensive roof, drainage reconstruction were done with care to preserve the original profile (copper gutters are hidden from exterior view.) The restoration of the Tiger Wood and Mahogany decks were done with the highest workmanship.

Built by Henry F. Miller for his family in 1948 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the home is quintessential Mid-Century Modern, one of the first in the area.

The 2.72-acre lot has a pond and a stream and backs up to open space. Located within minutes of downtown New Haven yet having a lovely country setting – it is the best of both worlds.

Available for $390,000.
