The Orange Police Department sent a team to this year’s ‘Battle of the Badges’ competition at Yale University to benefit the Smilow Cancer Center.

This is a contest where teams of three make as many bench-press repetitions as they can. Each lift equals 75% of the competitor’s body weight if the contestant is male, and 50% of their body weight if female.

The Orange Police Department team, consisting of officers Chris Brown, Vin Landisio, and Brent Crawford combined for 128 repetitions, which was good for second place.
