Josh and Harley in happier days.

Josh and Harley in happier times.

On Friday night the friends of Josh Warner held a fundraiser for him at the Orange Ale House.

Because I had a very busy day, dealing with a flat tire first thing in the morning then taking care of my granddaughter until 6 p.m. I simply forgot to top the site with the story and many readers have expressed their dismay at missing the event.

So, here’s the story AND a way that you can still help if you wish.

On February 18, Josh Warner lost all of his possessions but most importantly his best friend and amazing dog Harley in a house fire.

Harley was Josh’s world, he loved that dog more than anything.

Not only is Josh an incredible and loving person but he is also an amazingly hardworking man.

Those of you who know him can agree that there isn’t one thing josh owned that he didn’t work that extra mile to get.

With no insurance, this benefit will raise money to put him back on his feet and get back everything he lost (except, of course Harley – he was irreplaceable)

Josh’s friends have set up a gofundme page where you can donate money to help him out.

It’s never too late to help go to http://www.gofundme.com/maplesfirefund
