On the heels of international artists Sirena Huang and Claudio Suzin Rodriguez, The Suzuki Music School’s ‘Pillow Concert’ series continue with a performance by it’s Orange campus’s ‘Suzuki All-Stars,’ on Sunday, Dec. 10, from 3 – 4 p.m.
The ‘All-Stars’ will be performing (violin, viola, cello, and flute) at the Library at St Barbara’s, 480 Racebrook Road, Orange.
‘Pillow Concerts’ are short concerts suitable for the whole family, and children are encouraged to bring a pillow and sit close to the performers.

The concert will take place at the 6th Floor Commons of the Whitney Center (200 Leeder Hill Drive, Hamden, on Sunday, Dec. 15 from 1 to 3 p.m. Free admission.

The repertoire will include works by Beethoven, Monti, and Molino.

The concert will take place at the Library of the St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church, 480 Racebrook Road, Orange, on Sunday, Nov. 24 at 3 p.m.

Admission is free. All are welcome to attend.

The Suzuki Music School Background

The Suzuki Music Schools of Westport & Orange offer instruction in violin, viola, cello, flute, guitar, piano, chamber music, ensemble and music theory. The school follows the teachings of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki, providing a high quality music education that promotes the values of respect, discipline, personal confidence, teamwork and a strong work ethic.
