bg4p5If you have a dog, you know what it’s like to have to put Rabies tags and Licenses on his or her collar. Without the proper tools, it can be time-consuming and be aggravating to add or change them.

Many pet owners like to gift their dogs (and cats) with a new collar or a temporary festive collar, but what do you do with the tags?

There is a wonderful device that was created just for these types of situations. It’s called the Rubit Tag Holder. You can buy them online for $4.49 for a small one to $5.99 for a large one, then it’s a bit more for shipping and handling.

But Zoey Girl Pet Services, at 185 Boston Post Road, Orange in the Hitchcock Plaza, has them for just $5 and you don’t have to wait for delivery.

Gone are the heavy “S” Clips that require pliers to attach the tag, and also to put it on the collar. The Rubit has a round metal holder that is easy to open and slip the tags on. Then simply clip the spring loaded holder onto the collar for easy changes anytime.

If you are a pet owner or know one, this could be the best gift you ever received or gave. It is so easy and convenient that it will change the way you look at switching your dog’s collar forever.

Call Zoey Girl at 230-606-9220 for hours and rush in now and get a Rubit Tag Holder for any pet owner you know!

Lazzara and the staff are happy be in this very busy and visible location where we continue to add new canine clients daily.  Lazarra said, “Thank you everyone for trusting us to pamper your loving and faithful four legged family friend.”

The staff is still in the process of erecting its “Wall of Fame” and are very interested in receiving pictures of all of their special canine clients to honor on the wall.  The more the better so, keep those pictures coming in.

Mi Sun, a Korean Sapsaree, gives Christa Parady, owner of Zoey Girl Pet Services, a kiss.

Christa Parady opened Zoey Girl Pet Services at 185 Boston Post Road, Orange [in the former Baskin Robbins Ice Cream storefront]  in April 2010.

Her gentle nature and love of animals is clear in this video with my own dog Mi Sun when she was a 7 week old puppy.

I put Christa on the spot by showing up, plopping the Korean Sapsaree puppy in her arms and asking, “how would you groom this dog?” [A breed that practically no one has ever heard of.]

Christa didn’t skip a beat explaining how she would proceed, first by learning about Sapsarees and then discussing her findings with the human client so both dog and owner received the best service possible.

Christa gets to know her canine clients and makes each one comfortable so his or her experience in the shop leaves a positive lasting impression.

Zoey Girl Pet Services is named after Christa’s own dog and offers more than just grooming. They also will house sit your pet, providing dog walking and home visits and/or sleep overs while you are on vacation so you won’t have to board your dog in a strange kennel somewhere.

Christa also offers dog training using positive reinforcement methods, both in the shop and through the Milford Adult Ed at Foran High School.

Zoey Girl comes highly recommended by many Orange residents who bring their pets back time and time again.
