The 42nd Annual Engine 260 Antique Fire Apparatus Show and Muster takes place this Saturday, Sept. 7, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This event is the largest muster on the East Coast, co-sponsored by the Southern CT chapter of Society for the Preservation and Appreciation of Antique Motor Fire Apparatus in America (SPAAMFAA),

The day begins at 9 a.m. with a motorcade/fire truck parade from the K-Mart Plaza, 589 Bridgeport Ave., through the center of town, past the duck pond and straight through to Eisenhower Park off of North Street.

Come cheer on Orange’s finest volunteer firefighters as they exhibit their skills in the various competitions.

The event includes the Southern CT Antique Fire Apparatus Collectors. Motorcade, more than100 fire trucks, muster competitions, arena pumping, food, firematic flea market, all proceeds benefit the Milford Dept. of Recreation’s handicapped kids programs.
