winterweatheradvisoryThe National Weather Service has issued a Winter Wether Advisory for snow which is in effect from 7 a.m. Wednesday to 1 a.m. Thursday.

It calls for a snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches for our area.

According to the report, we should expect a mix of rain and snow tomorrow morning that should change to mostly snow by early afternoon.

There may be periods of rain mixing in even during the afternoon hours.

The snow will significantly impact holiday travel, making driving dangerous at times.

A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing ran will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while driving.
