BEST-POLICE-Patch-EVER-275x300Officers responded to Kohl’s,250 Bull Hill Lane, on a shoplifting complaint March 5 at 3 p.m.  Investigation revealed that Peter Germanis, (no age given) 45-27 Auburndale La, Flushing, NY, had taken $125 worth of clothing out of the store without paying. He was stopped outside the store and detained for police.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Germanis was released after posting $500 bond for court March 19.

Orange police served two warrants at Derby Superior Court, 106 Elizabeth Street, on Robert Pala, 29, of 20 Twin Oaks Terrace, Milford, who was appearing in court for another matter on March 10 at 9 a.m.

The warrants stemmed from two separate shoplifting incidents at the Target store in January of this year.

Pala was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny. He was held for arraignment.
