Route 15 Southbound between Route 34 and Grassy Hill Road is shut down while accident reconstructionists investigate a fatal rollover accident.

The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. when a car driven by a middle aged man rolled over and went over the guardrail. He was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene according to one driver.

An Orange Live reader sent us a photo of the car from which the deceased was thrown, but we will not publish it out of respect for the family, which may not yet have been notified.

This is the second accident in Orange today, and the holiday weekend has just begun. Please, everyone, wear your seatbelts, slow down and pay attention to the road when you are driving.
