Orange Police responded to the area of 60 Boston Post Road on a report of an unresponsive man in a motor vehicle on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 12:30 p.m.

Investigation revealed that Bryan K. Brevard Jr., 36, of New Haven was impaired. Officers administered standardized field sobriety tests, and Brevard was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

He was released after posting a $60 cash bond and given a court date of Feb. 16.

Orange Police responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle near the i-95 ramp on Marsh Hill Road on July 13 at 1:17 a.m.

According to the report, officers found Pasha Wilson, 27, of Bridgeport asleep inside his car in the intersection.

After securing the vehicle, police administered a roadside sobriety test and Wilson was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

He was released after posting $100 bond for court July 27.

On Dec. 16 at 1:53 a.m., Orange Police located a vehicle sitting stationary in the intersection of Route 1 and Lambert Roads, not responding to the changing traffic light.

Officers approached the vehicle and found the driver asleep at the wheel. He was woken up and asked to perform standardized roadside sobriety tests.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged.

According to the report, Brian Smith, 51, of Milford [Not the former Radio Personality] was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Smith was released after posting $50 bond. He is to be in court on Jan. 3.

Screen Shot 2016-05-27 at 9.30.02 PMOfficers responded to the intersection of Routes 121 (Grassy Hill Road) and 15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway) regarding a suspicious vehicle on May 14 at 12:34 a.m.

Officers observed the driver, Nicholas Holt, 20, of 192 Worth Avenue, Hamden, asleep in his vehicle in that location, with his foot on the brake pedal.

Upon waking him, officers had Holt perform standardized roadside sobriety tests. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

He was released after posting $50 bond for court May 26.

orange police duiPolice on patrol on Derby Avenue came upon a vehicle sitting stationary in the westbound lane of Route 34 on Aug. 14 at 1:44 a.m.

When officers approached the vehicle they noticed it was in gear and the driver, Thomas LaBlanc, 40, of 56 Saint Joseph Street #421, of Fall River, MA, seemed to be asleep.

Upon waking him, officers administered standardized roadside sobriety tests

LaBlanc was subsequently taken into custody and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (DUI).

He was released after posting $100 bond for court Aug. 28.
