Jam 4 Jimi LogoOrange Ale House, 517 Boston Post Road, will host the seventh annual Jam 4 Jimi’s Friends on Sunday, March 3 from 12 to 9 p.m.

Jam 4 Jimi’s Friends is a charity, founded by Kristin Wright to help local children with special needs and their families. “We started out helping one, we now have over sixteen kids. We could not have accomplished any of this without you!” Wright said. “Our motto is “Pay It Forward” and over the years we have continued to do just that!”

“As always we are blessed with some AMAZING bands who are donating their time to help out this worthy cause. Holding it all together we have the talented DJ Dave and Chuck D doing our sound again,” she said. “The Orange Ale House will be donating some great food for us to enjoy, drink specials and a super friendly staff! There will be raffles, t-shirts and a new silent auction as well.”

The all-day fundraising event includes the Kids Room with Karaoke, Balloon Artist, Face Painters, Temporary Tattoos, Arts & Crafts and free children’s refreshments.

One change this year is that the Kids Room will only be open from 12-3 p.m. After 3 p.m. this will be an adult only function.
