On Friday morning, May 14 at 8:01 a.m. Orange police responded to Ohman Avenue in reference to a man acting erratically and yelling profanities at his neighbor. 

According to the report, Gar Rydberg, 60, of Orange was screaming obscene comments toward his neighbor.  He was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. 

Rydberg was released on a promise to appear in court on June 7.

Screen Shot 2016-05-20 at 3.40.47 PMOrange Police responded to the parking lot of the Helping Hands store, 334 Boston Post Road, in regards to a disturbance on May 10 at 7:26 p.m.

Officers learned that Jose Fret, 40, of 380 Meloy Rd, B1, West Haven had gotten into an argument with a former family member, and that the argument turned physical.

Fret was subsequently taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released on a promise to appear in court May 11.

police carPolice responded to a private residence on Derby-Milford Road in regard to a disturbance on Feb. 14 at 11:48 p.m.

During the investigation, officers learned that Frank Bolick, 34, of 955 Derby Milford Road, had gotten into an argument with another resident at the address.

During this argument Bolick allegedly took the complaints phone and threw it against a wall, then closed a door on the complainant’s hand.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Bolick was released on a promise to appear in court Feb. 16.

BEST-POLICE-Patch-EVER-275x300Officers were dispatched to a home on Howellton Road regarding a disturbance on Jan. 29 at 2:55 a.m.

Investigation revealed that Richard Rodican, 54, of 540 Howellton Road, Orange and Aliona Alexander, 23, of 226 McKinley Ave., New Haven had gotten into an argument which later turned physical.

They were both taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

Rodican was released on a promise to appear in court later that day.

Alexander was held on bond for court later that day.

POLICE RESPONDED to a private residence on Derby Avenue regarding a disturbance on Oct. 30 at 9:42 a.m.

During the investigation, officers learned that Gregory Richards, 36, of 181 Derby Ave., and his girlfriend had gotten into an argument, during which Richards began to break things, causing the girlfriend to contact police for assistance.

Officers subsequently took him into custody and he was charged with disorderly conduct.

Richards was released on a promise to appear in court Oct. 31.

PATROL OFFICERS observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation on the Boston Post Road near Lambert Road, Oct. 30 at 2:08 a.m.

Upon stopping the vehicle, officers learned that the driver, Kimberly Clark, 33, of 560 Lambert Road wished to report a disturbance at her nearby home.

During an investigation into the complaint officers learned that a domestic dispute between Clark and Matthew Muir, 32, of the same address had occurred at the residence, and both parties wound up being taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

Both were released on promises to appear in court later that day.

Police Blotter Logo thx DaveOn Friday, Jan. 31, police responded to a home on Saddle Ridge Road on a disturbance complaint at 2:20 p.m.

Investigation revealed that David Lurie, 44, of 594 Saddle Ridge Road had gotten into an argument with a family member and that argument turned physical.

Officers provided the victim with medical assistance and took Lurie into custody.

He was charged with assault on a victim aged 60 or over and third-degree disorderly conduct.

He was held on $5,000 bond for court Feb. 3.

Police Blotter Logo thx DaveOn Sept. 12 police were dispatched to a fine dining restaurant in the 300  block of the Boston Post Road on a complaint of a domestic disturbance at 11:14 p.m.

Investigation revealed that Courtney Suech, 23, of 14 Henry Albert Drive, Milford, had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend and that the argument turned physical.

Suech was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

She was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 13.

Police were dispatched to a home on Mapledale Road on a disturbance complaint March 1 at 2 p.m.

According to the report, when officers arrived they learned that Murad Madatali Charania, 50, of 927 Mapledale Road, had gotten into an argument with a relative and that argument reportedly turned physical.

Charania was subsequently taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released after posting $2,500 bond, for court March 11.

Disorderly Conduct

Officers were dispatched to a residence on Racebrook Road for a reported disturbance Sept. 25 at 5:12 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers learned that Annamarie Amore, 45, of 378 Racebrook Road, had gotten into an argument with a family member, and proceeded to break picture frames and rip up photos inside the house.

She was subsequently taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

Amore was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 26.
