A winter storm warning is in effect from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 7 (Super Bowl Sunday)

Heavy snow, which may exceed more than an inch per hour during the late morning and early afternoon is expected, with a total accumulation of 5 to 7 inches.

Travel could be very difficult.

For your own safety, stay home and enjoy the game. Gorge yourself on nachos, air fried wings, and pizza, and drink your beer without having to worry about a designated driver or wearing a mask.

But, don’t leave your favorite sports bar out in the cold, call today put in a take-out order of their specialties. Many are connected with the Grub Hub delivery service, so you won’t even have to leave the house to pick it up.

Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone

Can you believe that it’s been 23 years since we fell in love with a little boy named Macaulay Culkin in a movie that is now a holiday classic?

The Case Memorial Library, 176 Tyler City Road, will host a screening of the 1990 movie “Home Alone” on Monday, Dec. 30 at 1 p.m.

The story line, if you didn’t know, goes like this: An 8-year-old boy who is accidentally left behind while his family flies to France for Christmas must defend his home against idiotic burglars.

The PG rated film runs for 103 minutes (1 hour and 43 minutes).
