Submitted by 153 Boston Post Road, LLC for property known as 153 Boston Post Road. The proposal is to establish a 1,190 sq. ft. restaurant. A Special Permit as per Sections 383-42 D, E (1) is requested for counter service and food-take out service. A SITE PLAN APPLICATION has also been submitted in conjunction with this Special Permit Application.
