On Thursday, Sept. 29, Orange Police learned that Jennifer Fink, 34, of Derby, was being held at the Ansonia Police Department on an unrelated matter. At 4:30 p.m. officers brought her to OPD HQ to serve a warrant.
According to the report, the warrant stemmed from an incident on Sept. 1, when Fink reportedly had an argument with a co-worker at the restaurant where they were both employed. After the argument, Fink allegedly sent text messages to a different co-worker, indicating that she planned to physically harm the complainant.
Investigation led to the issuance of an arrest warrant charging second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
Fink was released after posting $2,500 bond for court Oct. 13.
