Veronica Molyneux Logiodice 96, of Orange beloved wife of 64 years to the late Peter P. Logiodice Jr. passed away on January 24, 2024, surrounded by her family at her home.
Loving mother of Peter P. (Dawn) Logiodice III of Maine, James P. (Jackie) Logiodice of Rhode Island, William C. (Roseann) Logiodice of Guilford, Kathleen Logiodice of Madison, Veronica (Louis) Pisano of Orange, Russell S. (Bouaneung) Logiodice of Milford, Jennifer (Paul Fisher) Logiodice of Idaho and the late Thomas J. Logiodice.
Veronica’s extended family; Carla Birmingham, Rita Amaio, and Debbie Kruglik. Sister-in-law of Mary Benz of Orange. 20 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren survive her.
Veronica was predeceased by a grandson, Louis Pisano Jr. Sister of the late Madeline Carome, and James and Jack Molyneux, and her cousin, Anne Rudge-Pinkham.
Veronica was born in New Britain on December 31, 1927 daughter of the late James and Veronica Heslin Molyneux. Before her retirement, Veronica was a switchboard operator for S.N.E.T and Sears Roebuck. The Logiodice family would like to thank Veronica’s special caregivers; Cece, Edwina, Veronica H., and Debbie.
Family and friends may call at the Porto Funeral Home, 830 Jones Hill Road., West Haven, on Monday, Jan. 29 from 5 to 8 p.m.
Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home on Tuesday morning at 9:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Holy Infant Church at 10:00. Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
