Last week, we told you that Orange resident Tamara Ketchian had been chosen as one of five female entrepreneurs to showcase her business “Wildwood Granola” during the EntreprenHER business pitch competition at the University of New Haven Orange Campus on March 31.The five finalists had the opportunity to pitch their business to a panel of judges, and the top 3 businesses won prizes and other business tools and services.
The campus was a maze of pop up shopping experiences for visitors with a variety of female business owners set up to showcase, promote, and to sell their products and services.
Cash prizes were awarded along with a Viewer’s Choice award.
The talented and effervescent Ketchian took second place from the judges and tied for first place in the audience rating.
