Orange police responded to Tractor Supply, 253 Indian River Road, for a customer dispute on Sunday, June 30 at 1:30 p.m.
The investigation revealed that Kurt L. Schutz Jr., 60, of Milford was involved in the dispute and that he spit on an employee.
Schutz was taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace.
He was released after posting a $500 bond and given a court date of July 15.
