Orange police responded to for a report of an altercation in the parking lot of 420 Boston Post Road (Five Guys) at 6:02 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10.
According to the report, officers came into contact with Masai K. Moye-Harris, 20, of New Haven, who was involved in the altercation which turned physical in nature. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Moye-Harris posted a $500 bond and received a court date of April 11.
