On Tuesday, July 25 Orange police responded to ShopRite at 259 Bull Hill Lane at 3:49 p.m. for an unwanted person who had previously been banned from the store for trespassing.
Anthony D. London, 61, of New Haven, tried to evade officers during the investigation but was ultimately located.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
London was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 8.
