On Thursday, Sept. 1, at 10:45 a.m., Orange police responded to 440 Boston Post Road (Home Depot) regarding a credit card order placed fraudulently on Aug. 22.
Investigation revealed that Engrin Garcia-Bernabel, 39, of Bronx, NY used another person’s credit card information to pick up merchandise totaling $6,995.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with credit card fraud and third-degree larceny.
Garcia-Bernabel posted a $5,000 and received a court date of Sept. 14.
