On Sunday, July 2, Orange police responded to 250 Bull Hill Lane (Kohls) regarding an individual not wanted in the store due to past issues.
When officers arrived on the scene at 5:51 p.m. and came into contact with Edward M. Dias, 48, of New Haven, he was told not to return to the store. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with trespassing.
Dias was released on a promise to appear in court on July 14.
