Officers responded to the bus stop on Carlson Road in response to a man causing a disturbance on the city bus at 9:28 pm. on Monday, Nov. 14.
According to the report, investigation revealed that Quintin T. Turner, 35, of West Haven had entered the bus and engaged in numerous disturbances which involved screaming and name calling with other passengers on the bus.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree breach of peace.
Turner was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 29.
