On Tuesday, Oct. 18, at 12:49 p.m. Orange Police responded to 575 Boston Post Road (Plato’s Closet) regarding a threat made to employees.
The investigation revealed that Christopher E. Casimir, 33, of West Haven was involved in a verbal dispute at the store and made threatening comments to harm staff.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with first-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and interference/resisting arrest.
Casimir received a promise to appear in court on Nov. 1.
