On Friday, March 10, at 12:28 p.m. Orange police responded to a realty business on Orange Center Road regarding a dispute between several people.
The investigation revealed that Ovidio A. Caccavale 46, of Orange, was part of the dispute which turned physical when he struck another person.
Caccavale was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
He posted a $1,000 bond and received a court date of March 21.
