Orange Police: Shoplifter Nabbed With Huge Haul

orange police patchOn Friday, July 26, at 5:01 p.m. Orange police responded to the Target store at 25 Boston Post Road regarding a shoplifting incident.

During the investigation, officers came into contact with Matthew B. Bethea, 30, of New Haven and discovered that he stole $944 worth of merchandise. 

Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with fifth-degree larceny.

Bethea was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 8.
