On Saturday, Jan. 27 at 9:09 p.m. Orange police made a motor vehicle stop in the area of Racebrook Road.
Officers spoke to the driver, Seth Augustine, 18, of Milford who held an active arrest warrant stemming from an incident that occurred on Dec. 20, 2023.
Augustine was charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor.Â
He was held on a $50,000 bond and received a court date of Jan. 29.
