On Sunday, Feb. 25, at 11 a.m., Orange police stopped a vehicle near 1 Irving Eagle Place and spoke to the driver, Jeffrey L. Pouncey, 41, of Orange.
During the stop, the officers observed a weapon in the motor vehicle. Subsequently, Pouncey was taken into custody and charged with carrying a weapon in a motor vehicle.
Pouncey posted a $1,000 bond and received a court date of March 8.
