On Saturday, Sept. 3, at 4:56 p.m. officers responded to the area of 245 Indian River Road (near Maplewood) for a dispute in a motor vehicle.
Investigation revealed that Taylor T. Settle, 25, of West Haven was involved in a verbal dispute with another person which turned physical.
Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Settle was released on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 6.
