Early this morning (Sept. 16), at 12:16 a.m. Orange police responded to Homewood Suites, 99 Marsh Hill Road on a disturbance complaint.
Upon arrival, officers came into contact with Kimberly E. Lyons, 32, of Hollis, NY. During the investigation, it was discovered that she and another individual were involved in the disturbance.
According to the report, during the disturbance, Lyons put the other person’s safety at risk. Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.
Lyons posted a $1,000 bond and was to be in court later in the day.
