On Saturday, April 2, at 4:46 p.m. officers were dispatched to Karen Drive on a complaint dispute that turned physical.
Investigation revealed that Sean M. Parker, 44, of Orange was involved in this dispute and strangled and dragged the other person.
Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with second-degree strangulation (a class D Felony), third-degree assault, and disorderly conduct.
Parker posted a $10,000 bond and received a court date of April 4.
