The 22nd Annual Health and Safety Fair Had A Tremendous Turnout

Orange Senior Center hosted the 22nd Health and Safety Fair on Friday, September 26, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at High Plains Community Center, 525 Orange Center Road.  

This fair was geared to older adults, service professionals, caregivers, family members, and others concerned with aging issues.

The health fair showcased more than 50 vendors in services areas such as physical and mental health, transportation, home and personal safety, nutrition, insurance, financial, government, and other areas related to healthy, successful aging.  

Free screenings for diabetes, blood pressure and more were offered.  Visitors took advantage of each informative booth with enthusiasm.

Parking and admission were free.  Maplewood of Orange sponsored a complimentary bag lunch for the first 150 persons to register that day.
