Police Blotter: Shoplifting Is A Crime

On Wednesday, March 29, Orange police responded to Kohl’s at 250 Bull Hill Lane on a shoplifting complaint.

During the investigation, officers came into contact with Anthony D. London, 60, of New Haven, who was accused of taking $350 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with sixth-degree larceny, interferance/resisting arrest, and first-degree criminal trespass.

London posted a $500 bond and was give a court date of April 12.
