Former Bank Manager Accused of Embezzling Funds In Orange

A former Webster Bank manager has been charged after allegedly stealing funds from his employer. On Tuesday, John H. Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that Stephen Carbonella, 59,  of Hamden allegedly embezzled more than $850,000 in funds from Webster Bank Corporation.
