In the town of Orange, John and Alice DiNicola are known as selfless, helpful, kind, wonderful people, who are active in the Orange community. Married for 18 years, they’ve raised two children, who are in the Amity school system.
Sadly, on Monday morning, after a long illness, we lost John. Almost immediately after hearing the news, two family friends, Kimberly Mikita and Marcie Young started a GoFundMe page to help Alice and the kids financially. The goal on the page is $10,000, but as someone who has lost friends and family, I know the expenses will be much greater.
The outpouring from the community has been wonderful, with many folks making very generous donations, others giving whatever they can to help.
